Scheduling an appointment depends on availability.
We recommend to book at least three days in advance. Please note that thrurdays and fridays are you our most popular days, so they fill up pretty quick. -

ARE MY HOUSE KEYS SAFE AND PROTECTED?

Your house keys will be stored in a safe place and only authorized personnel will have access to the day of your cleaning, the key will be. issued to the team leader and returned to the safe storage and locked at the end of the day.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF MY CLEANING ?

It’s completely up to you. We recommend you provide us with a key /code, which will be protected and only trusted to our team leaders.

We do our best to send the same team to your house each time, occasionally because of unfortunate circumstance another team will be required to go however high quality services is guaranteed.
